Aeroflex FM/AM1600S Overview
The IFR / Aeroflex FM/AM-1600S is a microprocessor-based Communications Service Monitor capable of generating and receiving modulated RF signals from 250 kHz to 999.9999 MHz. The 1600S is capable of operating as a separate receiver and generator as well as full Duplex Mode with an offset of +/- 999.9749 MHz. Integral to the 1600S are a spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, and digital multimeter. Metering functions include power, distortion, sinad, deviation, modulation, phase, signal strength, bit error rate, and frequency error.
