Completely push-button operated or via the HP-IB interface, the 54201D Logic Triggering Digitizing Oscilloscope provides the user with both ease-of-use and powerful features. Internal software and menu assisted setups and measurement capabilities add to the already versatile feature set. Provides dual 200 MS/s digitizers, allowing for 50 MHz single-shot capture, and 300 MHz bandwidth. Also offers pre-trigger viewing, automatic waveform measurements, auto-scaling of input signal, and an infinite persistence display, plus envelope and average display modes. For Logic applications, the 54201A delivers up to 27 channels of state triggering plus missing and extra bit triggering modes.
