Keysight / Agilent E5900B Overview
Agilent Technologies E5900B emulation probes provide access to the on-chip debug port of popular microprocessors and microcontrollers. The emulation probes may be used stand-alone or fully integrated with Agilent 16700 Series logic analysis systems.
