Keysight / Agilent N7617B Overview
Create 802.11 WLAN waveforms
The N7617B Signal Studio for 802.11 WLAN software is designed to create flexible standards-based baseband and RF signals for testing IEEE 802.11 WLAN components and receivers. The software supports the Agilent N5182A MXG, N5162A MXG ATE, E4438C ESG, E8267D PSG, or N5106A PXB for creating 802.11a/b/g/j/p signals. All of these instruments except the E8267D PSG also support creation of 802.11n signals. For component test, the application provides partially coded, statistically correct waveforms for stimulus/response testing. For receiver test, the application provides flexible configuration of MAC header, full channel coding, and channel mapping for custom test mode.
The flexible product structure also features fixed and transportable, perpetual and time-based licenses so that you only pay for the capabilities you need while you need them.
