Spectracom 8207 Overview
The Spectracom Model 8207 Preamplifier is a low-noise tuned 60-kHz line amplifier used in the antenna feed line of all Spectracom WWVB receivers. It provides approximately 40 dB of gain between the antenna and the receiver, increasing receiver sensitivity to 3.0 nanovolts. The 8207 is used in conjunction with the Spectracom Model 8219 Loop Antenna.
