Tektronix P6780 Overview
The P6780 Differential Logic probe connects the digital channels on Tektronix MSO70000 Series oscilloscopes to digital buses and signals on your target system. The probe breaks out 16 data channels and one clock/data channel over two flying lead sets (GROUP 1 and GROUP 2).
